  • Show Specific Memos: Fire Marshall, Dogs, and Vendor Wristband Policies


Here are a couple of FAQ answers below:


  • COMMUNICATION:  As you can imagine, as a one-man show up until the Classic, I receive many phone calls, emails and text messages.  The absolute best way to communicate with me is through email.  Most info vendors are seeking, I would need to be at my computer.   Also, I must have a chain of communication per management.  My email address

  • All vendors are responsible for following the SC Department of Revenue's rules and regs regarding your stay with us.  The Palmetto Sportsmen's Classic will not advise you on any of these rules and regs.  The SCDOR has created an informational website that touches on this subject matter (retail licenses, taxes, etc).  If you have any questions, please go to or directly.

  • Looking for local Hotel or RV information?  Please visit our HOTEL/RV INFO PAGE for up-to-date discounted rooms.  Remember, discounted rooms are limited.

  • Parking passes will be mailed out March 1, 2023.

  • You will receive your Vendor Pass(es) when you check-in either on Thursday or Friday of Classic Weekend.

The address of the SC State Fairgrounds is 1200 Rosewood Dr., Columbia, SC 29201.  Gate 11 on Bluff Road will be open for exhibitors to enter the fairgrounds. Times for set up are:

  • Thursday, March 23rd from 12 Noon until 8:00 pm (VENDOR MOVE IN)

  • Friday, March 24th from 8:00 am until 11:00 am (VENDOR MOVE IN)

  • Gates open on Friday, at 12 Noon until 8:00 pm

  • Saturday, March 25th, at 9:00 am until 7:00 pm (Vendor Gate 11 will open 8AM Sharp)

  • Sunday, March 26th, at 11:00 am until 6:00 pm (Vendor Gate 11 will open 9:30AM Sharp)


Exhibitors will be allowed to enter their assigned building/booth one hour before the show opens each day in order to restock and/or arrange their booth.  Due to security reasons, we have set these time limits for your protection.  Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.




• On Sunday, March 26th, after the event closes at 6:00 pm and all patrons have left the fairgrounds, vendors will have until 9 pm to vacate the fairgrounds at which time the gates will be locked.

• Vendors are welcome to return on Monday, March 27th from 8:00 am until 11:30 am to remove any remaining products and trash from their booth(s) but must vacate the premises by noon per our agreement with the Fairgrounds.
