Refunds, Deposits, Transfer Fees to 2022
Since we canceled our show, you have a decision to make regarding your payment of registration fees. Below are your 3 choices. You will need to complete the PSC Cancel Request Form to let us know your decision:
I would like to apply my TOTAL Registration Fee Balance to the Palmetto Sportsmen's Classic 2022 Show (March 25-27, 2022 - tentative) You will not need to re-register.
I would like to apply 50% of my Registration Fee Balance to serve as a deposit for the Palmetto Sportsmen's Classic 2022's (March 25-27, 2022 - tentative). You will not need to re-register.
I would like a full refund. Please note, by requesting a full refund, you will lose your grandfathering privileges for the 2022 show. You will need to re-register after August 15, 2021 in the hopes that the booth is still available.
All vendors must complete this form regardless of the choice you make. Refunds will be mailed within 30 days of the submission of the form.
As you can imagine, our office is overwhelmed with the process of canceling an event that took 10 months to plan. If you have a question, please reach out via email, not a phone call.
