Good Morning
I wanted to share with you 3 important items:

PARKING:
-
Use gate 11 to enter the fairgrounds, not Gate 1.
-
Gate 11 will open at 9:30 AM, but the vendor pedestrian gate will not open until 10 AM. We open Gate 11 early only for safety reasons. Please DO NOT attempt to enter the midway or vendor area until 10AM.

At 10AM, you can drive across the midway (SLOWLY) and park behind either the Goodman, Cantey or Moore Buildings.

Display your parking pass (WITH PHONE NUMBER) on your review mirror.

RULE #1: NEVER, EVER park in front of a trailer. EVER!

Please work together during move-out. Do not park somewhere where you cause a bottleneck.

REGISTRATION FOR Palmetto Sportsmen’s Classic 2027 (APRIL 2-4, 2027):
-
Registration begins at 1PM thru 4PM. We will NOT accept applications after 4 PM.

Registration is ONLY in the CANTEY OFFICE. NOT the Goodman Office.

You can only Grandfather the booth you are in this year. Do not put on the application that you want to move or expand for PSC27. You will need to register that after the Grandfather of August 15. It is up to you to contact our office to expand or move.

If you pay in full today, you will receive $50.00 your total balance.

MOVE OUT HOURS:

MOVE OUT BEGINS ONCE THE LAST ATTENDEES LEAVE. That is when we open all gates.

INDOOR VENDORS -- HOURS: We will be open until 9PM on Sunday. We lock all buildings at 9PM.

OUTDOOR VENDORS – HOURS: We will be open until 11PM on Sunday. GATES WILL LOCK AT 11PM

HOURS on MONDAY: We will reopen all buildings on Monday at 7:30 and remain open until 11AM. All vendors must be moved out by 11AM on Monday. The Goodman and Cantey have a hard reset Monday and any items left after 11AM will be discarded.
